My wife and I have been looking at 5th wheels and Travel Trailers for about 2 years now. We met Don Siravo back in 2009.
Since meeting him the first time, we knew this is where we would make our purchase from, Don was our guy. He spent about 2 hours with us explaining different options, this versus that and everything in between. No pressure and was very interested in our needs not the up sale of a unit or putting us in something we didn't need. We did more research and found the camper we wanted. I called Don and told him what we were looking for and he made it happen.
We are now the proud owners of a Jayco 23J. Just got back from OUR first trip and could not be happier. Thank you Don Siravo @ Ketelsen Camper for helping us and taking care of "the little Things". We give you an A+, Great customer service and quality product. Thank you to Bob and his outstanding prep crew that cleaned the unit and to Andre in Service for all his help and patience.

Thanks Dan "The RV Man"!!!
We had a terrible trip back in February getting the trailer home through the snow storms, but it pulled wonderfully in spite of the black ice and terrible roads. What a test to start out with. We then took the trailer south to the Las Vegas area for 2 weeks, everything was great. It is very comfortable & feels like home. We are pleased with our purchase and how everything went on the day we picked it up in Denver. If only you could have changed the weather for us on that pick-up day!

I recently had some work done in your shop and would like to comment on the service. I know people are quick to complain but not to compliment. I will begin with a special thanks to Rachel for her great customer service. She treated me as if I were servicing a million dollar motor home rather than my oldie but goodie. To top things off she got help for me to hook up and he did it with a smile...
I will also thank Andre at the parts department. I purchased a part for my screen door and he put forth the extra effort to make sure it fit, making several trip to the camper for me. An unexpected helpful surprise! You are very fortunate to have such good people working for you as it is in fact a genuine reflection on Ketelsen Campers. I will be sure to pass this along to all my fellow campers and will continue to do business with you in the future.

The customer service after the sale is nothing short of world class. The service deparment has gone completely overboard and taken care of me like no other facility ever has. Steve is truly a great man in that service department. I will go only to Ketelsen for anything I need from this day forward.

I purchased my trailer over the internet sight unseen other than the photos and appraisal you sent. It exceeded my expectations and everything was exactly as you had described over the phone. Nice doing business with honest folks. Thanks also to Brian for the post sale orientation. Brian did a great job making sure I understood all the features of my new unit. Last and not least thanks to Steve Conley for arranging my financing. Affordable payments will make owning this rig much more enjoyable.

Dan McDermott really took his time in explaining pop-up campers to us, even when we specifically said we were just looking and not buying. He got a shop person involved, and set up and took down the demo trailer, answering our questions on the way. A couple months later, we decided to buy. He remembered us from the previous visit, recommended trailers in our price range, and made the decision and buying process pleasant.
The entire Ketelsen staff, from the finance manager, to the guy who did our orientation, and the parts department that recommended stuff we needed as a first-time trailer owner, were very helpful and informative.
We had an excellent overall buying experience and recommend Ketelsen Campers.

My wife and I had been shopping campers for several years, but had never been to Ketelsen Campers. We stopped in to look at a used camper that was advertised on their webpage, but Dan showed us the perfect camper for us. He helped us work through the details and we made a great deal on a brand new camper! Dan was extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to work with.

Just a note to say how pleased we have been with the Seville. First, we were impressed with your company and their professionalism. Your walk-thru of our Seville was great. We did a video of the walk-thru and boy has that helped. We don't have to depend on our memory. Crossroads staff is very helpful and responsive. We didn't trust the local Crossroads dealer and they qualified another to do warranty work. We had a slide-out problem and they authorized repair immediately. The Nor-cold refrigerator wouldn't keep ice cream cold and they kept working with the dealer finally replacing the refrigerator cooling unit. As far as we can tell, it solved the problem.
We left your facility and went south through New Mexico and Arizona to avoid bad weather. Well in Gallup, New Mexico it snowed 6 inches and dropped to 19 degrees. We just missed a sand storm down the highway. In Flagstaff, we went through a snow storm. The balance of the trip home was uneventful.
We traveled to Alaska for the month of June. The coach is everything we hoped for. We have been very pleased with this coach. It pulls well, backs up better than our older and shorter coach. I had always wanted a generator and trust me, we used the generator a lot. I don't know how we did without for so many years. They had the satellite wiring correct for both the living room and the bedroom. Our kids bought us a portable dish and it works great.
We have driven approximately 11,000 miles pulling this coach and look forward to many more. We highly recommend you and your company, Crossroads, and Norcold. Add this together and you have all the ingredients for success. Your firm, Crossroads, and Norcold talk the talk and walk the walk.

This last Saturday I picked up a 2009 Coleman Santa Fe camper from your dealership. I want to commend some of the people that I dealt with. Ryan performed my orientation and did an outstanding job. Very knowledgeable and made sure I understood exactly what he was demonstrating. Job well done. Brie handled the paper work and again was very professional and courteous. Stephen Conley prepared the financing securing a favorable interest rate. A very nice man and a true professional. Brad Powers worked with me to make certain I was satisfied with choice. It is pleasant to deal with such a great bunch of people and I would whole heartily recommend your dealership.

First of all we were VERY impressed by Eddie Ashcraft. He gave us a very thorough explanation of our camper trailer. We wish he could come with us on our first trip camping. I was at your parts department a few hours ago (12-8-08). I was looking for numerous miscellaneous parts to fix up a Taos tent trailer that belonged to my dad and that I was fixing up and delivering to my brother in Portland, Oregon. There were 10 to 12 small things I was looking to deal with. There were two individuals in the department. I believe they are Rachel and Wes. These two people were simply outstanding in their assistance to me. It has been a long time since I have witnessed this type of customer service. Their knowledge of the items I needed was far beyond what I could have expected. They knew immediately exactly what I needed and where the part was. Sometimes my description of what I was looking for was kind of vague, but they caught right on and went right to the correct location and found it. I found a few items myself on the shelves that I thought were the right items, but several times, there was a better item that would work better. They explained each time why and how something else would work better. Their knowledge and experience was way beyond any expectation I had. It is amazing to me that I could get this kind of service and it was topped off by their friendly - but yet efficient, attitudes.
I was so surprised by this service that I am compelled to write to you. They are outstanding representatives of your company. I will now look to Ketelsen first for my RV and parts needs and I will certainly look for these two individuals.

I just want to say that I had read a bunch of forums on purchasing campers. Plenty of members had horrible experiences. Untrained tech guys/gals, equipment that was broken or not working, pressure to buy when they weren't ready and an overall uncomfortable experience. I just want to extend a big Thank You to you and your crew there. Everyone was professional and courteous and it was an absolute pleasure buying a camper from you guys. I will be posting my experience on there for others to read as I feel everyone should have that sort of experience when purchasing a big ticket (at least to me) item.
Thanks again to you and your crew, you all get an A+!
P.S. A special Thank you to Angel and Bob for going the extra mile to help me out. Angel helped me to tweak my weight distribution hitch so it was safe and correct even though I installed it myself. To Bob for grabbing the mud flap from another camper on the lot rather than have me wait for a replacement. Top notch in my book in customer service!
